The event is called PAPYRUS Golf Charity Day and is scheduled on Wednesday 31st July 2024. Shotgun start at 1pm. The men will play the Standard Course off the Yellow tees. The ladies will play the Standard Course off the Red tees.
FORMAT
Teams of 4 (Gents, Ladies or mixed - any combination!) with the best 2 stableford scores to count.
Shotgun start at 1pm prompt! (those are working need only take half a day holiday)
ELIGIBILITY
Members/visitors with a current WHS handicap.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Bacon barms with tea and coffee on arrival (served from 11.30am)
2 course meal after golf (served about 6.30pm)
Generous prizes (donated by our generous sponsors)

1st Team prize value £200
2nd Team prize value £160
3rd Team prize - a 4 ball at Vale Royal Abbey Golf Club
4th Team prize value £60
Separate on-course prizes for Ladies and Gents on par 3s & 5s

If anyone can get any Manchester City memorabilia then that would help even things out on the day...! Thank you.
RAFFLE (to be drawn on the day)
Our Sponsors have also generously donated prizes that will be raffled. Members will be able to purchase raffle tickets up to the charity day. Prizes includes free tickets to a future WarrenBurns social evening, golf equipment, 4 balls at other clubs.
If anyone would like to donate a prize then this will be most welcome. Thank you.

BOOKING
Booking for members is through the ClubV1 App. You can book a tee time and add members and guests (you will need the CDH number of your guest(s) to complete the booking). Full payment will be taken at the time of booking so please make sure you top up your club-main account to cover your £50 entry fee and the entry fee(s) for any guests. If you are booking for other members please ensure they have enough funds on their account if possible.

CANCELLATION
If you book and your circumstances change and you are unable to play then a full refund will be given up to the date of 22 July 2024.
