. Your handicaps will be live on our system and score card labels correct evening prior, so no need to worry if your handicap has changed since entering the computer will work it out

Comp Secretary Procedures:
1. About 4 weeks prior to event, chase spreadsheet from Lady Secretary and stress how important it is that any further changes come direct to you as no point in editing spreadsheet one clubv1 created or you won’t know what’s changed
2. Create online tsheet on clubv1 and issue it as per point 2 below approx 3 weeks prior to event
3. Create tsheet in word (edit last year’s) with any lady captains marked on it and add Christian names (as clubv1 doesn’t put these on ☹) and issue to Lady Secretary to send out 3 weeks before
4. A couple of days before event, email office with pdf of the tee sheet and ask them to print 6 at A3 and leave on ladies desk. Note that somebody is given the job of bringing these down on the morning of the event
5. Send tsheet to pro shop prior to the Sunday before and get them to close the course until 2pm as last ladies coming round at approx 1:15 to 1:30pm
6. Print off score card labels and pritt stick to the cards and write their names on both halves of the cards in DABC order which is the same running order as the scores are entered on clubv1 – get these to the club so that they are on the ladies desk night before. Note that somebody is given the job of bringing these down on the morning of the event when booking ladies in. It must be stressed that it is really important that they put their scores in the columns where their names have been written. Also tell them not to worry about handicap changes as the computer system is live and know what their current handicap is
7. On the day arrive take laptop to club at 12:30 approx as first ladies come in approx 1pm and enter scores on clubv1 (eat the lunch before as no chance during and you won’t finish until 5:30pm ish)
8. Work out prizes for NP on 18th & 7th and best F9, best B9 and 1st 2nd 3rd
9. Call out the winners and present the prizes with Lady Captain
10. Take photos and send to Secretary to send on follow letter to all attendees
11. Flop on sofa in exhaustion
