Club Name : The Dorset Golf & Country Club Competition Name : Mixed Charity Open (Aid of Breast Cancer Now) Startsheet or draw : Startsheet Event Date : 16/08/2025 Book Until : 16/08/2025 08:00 Description : The event is called Mixed Charity Open (Charity: 'Breast Cancer Now') and is scheduled to begin on Saturday 16th August 2025. The format is non-acceptable Mixed 4 Person Bowmaker (best 2 out of 4 scores to count) Stableford. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. The men will play the Lakeland / Parkland course off the Yellow tees. The ladies will play the Lakeland / Parkland course off the Red tees. (Please note this event has been available on the DGCC website for booking to date with the few remaining tee slots now available to book via HDID).

Entry fees for this Competition is: Visitors £39/player & DGCC members (7Day) £17/player. Please pay all Fees by BACS (Dorset Golf Country Club, Sort Code: 30-99-12 Acct:30883260 Ref: CharityOpen2025.)

Fees include Coffee & Bacon Baguette on arrival & 18 holes of golf with prizes.

There is no maximum playing handicap for this competition.

Playing Handicap will be calculated as 85% of each players Course Handicap.

One player must sign the team in before the scheduled tee time using the PSI Terminal located in the Clubhouse lounge as HDID sign-in is NOT available for this competition.

The scorecard should be completed as normal but must include the Players and Markers names, Course Handicaps and Gross Scores.

At the end of the round the card must be checked and signed by both the marker and another player of the Team. The score should then be entered as soon as possible after completing the round using the PSI terminal in the Clubhouse Lounge.

The card must then be placed in the competition box by the PSI terminal even if the round isn't completed located in the Club Lounge.

Please ensure that bunkers are left raked, which are 'in play' unless notified to the contrary.
