The event is called Autumn Texas Scramble and is scheduled to begin on Sunday 7th September 2025. The format is non-acceptable Mixed Texas Scramble Strokeplay. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. All players will play the Halifax West End Golf Club course off the White tees. The men will play the Halifax West End Golf Club course off the White tees. The ladies will play the Halifax West End Golf Club course off the Red tees.

Competitors with a WHI higher than 28.0/36.0* may play, but will play off the maximum allowance which is a WHI of men 28.0, ladies 36.0.
