Tees: Men - White/blue
Ladies - Red/blue

Tee times: 10-minute intervals

All players must have submitted 6 competition scores in the rolling 12 months prior to the date of the competition.
1. Sign up for the competition is available from 19th September 2025 via the Club V1 app.
2. Players and their partners may book their own starting times.
3. Late changes are permitted subject to availability and at the discretion of the Competitions Committee.
4. Entry fees will be paid from the member’s account at the time of booking.
5. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure they have money available in their competition purse, starting play without payment may result is disqualification.
6. Refunds for withdrawal from the competition will not be made within 48 hours of the competition, unless there are exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Competition Committee.
7. Scorecards, if in use, should be fully completed with the gross score for each hole clearly marked and signed by the player and attester at the end of the round.
8. All scores must be entered on Club V1 at the end of play and cards handed in to the Competition/Handicap Representatives.
9. If scorecards not in use scores can be entered via the EG or Club V1 app on a mobile device following completion of each hole. Once the round is completed the score should be signed for by the player and attested as soon as possible on completion of your game.

PLAY WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE R & A RULES OF GOLF & STOURBRIDGE GOLF CLUB COMPETITION RULES - JULY 2024.
(All entrants must make themselves aware of these rules before the start of the competition)

The Competition Committee’s decision is final in all matters.
