All players must have submitted 6 competition scores in the rolling 12 months prior to the date of the competition.to be eligible for a prize.
1. Sign up for the competition is available from 7am on 1st September 2025 via the Club V1 app.
2. Players and their partners may book their own starting times.
3. Late changes are permitted subject to availability and at the discretion of the Competitions Committee.
4. Entry fees will be paid from the member’s account at the time of booking.
5. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure they have money available in their competition purse, starting play without payment may result is disqualification.
6. Refunds for withdrawal from the competition will not be made within 48 hours of the competition, unless there are exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Competition Committee.
7. Scorecards should be fully completed with the gross score for each hole clearly marked and signed by the player and attester at the end of the round. Cards to be handed in to the Competition/Handicap Representatives.
