The format is non-acceptable Ladies Betterball Stableford. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. The ladies will play the Carlisle course off the Red Women tees.

Prize Eligibility:
To be eligible for prizes, each player must have competed in at least five qualifying competitions (i.e. official club competitions that count towards handicap records) within the previous 12 months.
• General Play scores do not count towards this requirement.
• Players who do not meet the criteria may still compete, and their scores will be submitted for handicap purposes where appropriate, but their individual and team results will be excluded from prize allocation.
All entrants must:
• Be members of an Affiliated Golf Club, and
• Hold a current WHS Handicap Index.

Payment
• Full payment (in GBP) is required at the time of booking.
• Payment is made securely online using a debit or credit card.
• Please retain your booking reference number, which will be required on arrival at the club.

Refunds and Cancellations
• Bookings can be cancelled by contacting the club by email or telephone (details above).
• Refunds cannot be issued for player cancellations or non-attendance.
• Bookings are fully transferable – if you are unable to attend, your tee time may be offered to another eligible player.
• If the course is closed (e.g. due to adverse weather), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook on another date.

On the Day
• Please register in the Pro Shop on arrival to collect your scorecard and confirm any local rules.
• Catering and bar facilities will be available throughout the day.
• Prize presentations will take place following the final group’s return.

Dress Code
On the Course
Golf attire and footwear designed for the game must be worn at all times.
• Tailored shorts are permitted.
• Denim, tracksuits, shell suits, and non-golfing sportswear are not acceptable.
• Golf shoes must be worn (soft spikes preferred).
In the Clubhouse
Smart casual dress is expected.
• Golf shoes are not permitted indoors.
• Hats and caps should be removed (except for religious reasons).
The club reserves the right to ask any person to leave the course or clubhouse if their dress is deemed unsuitable.
