The format is non-acceptable Mixed Texas Scramble Strokeplay. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. The men will play the Pitreavie Golf Club course off the White tees max playing handicap 28 . The ladies will play the Pitreavie Golf Club course off the Red tees max playing handicap 36.

Bookings and detailed terms for our opens

The general rules which apply to all opens are listed below.

Entry Requirements

Entry fees displayed are for all entrants of affiliated golf clubs. Entrants without membership to a recognised golf club will be required to pay an additional £48 green fee (Mon-Fri) and £59 green fee (Sat-Sun)

Each Open has specific requirements in terms of, for example, gender, age and handicap index and it is the responsibility of entrants to ensure they meet the criteria required to enter each individual competition.

No refunds will be made for errors made by entrants.

Booking

Tee times will be available on a first-come first-served basis and must be paid in full at the time of Booking.

The following information must be provided by every entrant:

If all tee times are filled, a waiting list will operate and applicants can join this by contacting the Pro shop either by email, at pro@pitreaviegolfclub.co.uk or by phone on 01383 722591 (option 2).

Entry fees will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours or more before the date of the competition. No refunds will be made for cancellations made out with this time.

Pitreavie Golf Club reserves the right to refuse entries for any reason without explanation.

Day of Play

Entrants failing to register their attendance later than 10 minutes prior to their start-time may lose their tee-time if reserves are on standby.

Pitreavie Golf Club reserves the right to adjust start times by up to 30 minutes.

The Club’s Match & Handicap Committee’s decisions in all disputes shall be final
