The event is called Helen Morgan Mid-Amateur Trophy and is scheduled to begin on Friday 3rd July 2026.
£55 entry includes Coffee/Tea, Bacon Roll or Pastries on Arrival. + Lunch)
This is the inaugural playing of the competition, open to both men and ladies aged 35 years and over on the date of the event. All competitors, whether male or female, are eligible to win the Scratch Helen Morgan Trophy.
Play will be from the white tees (men) and red tees (ladies).
The handicap allowance will be 95% of Course Handicap (CH).
On the day of the competition, the maximum Playing Handicap (PH)
will be: 16 for men
33 for ladies
To enter the competition, you must:
1. Be a registered amateur member of a golf club that is affiliated with England Golf.
2. Have at least 7 acceptable WHS (World Handicap System) scores recorded on your handicap record.
3. Those 7 scores must have been submitted within the 12 months before the competition closing date.
In the event of over subscription, higher handicaps will be balloted out.
Late entries may be acceptable up to a week after the closing date but will have an additional admin fee of £5.
There will be no refunds for withdrawal.
