This stroke play event shall be open to all Amateur golfers, aged 16 years and over, who are Playing Members of a recognised Ayrshire Golf Club with a handicap index of 5 or less on the date of entry.

The field will be limited to 60 players. In the event of an over-entry, the numbers will be cut at 60 in order of ascending handicap indices. Players at the same cut-off level will be taken in order of receipt of entry. The remaining players will be placed on a reserve list.

The start sheet will be emailed to successful applicants on Monday 22 June 2026. Those competitors who are unable to make their starting time must advise the Golf Operations Team at Royal Troon as soon as possible, and prior to the day of play, on 01292 311555. Players must register at least 20 minutes prior to their start time. Any player not turning up for their tee time, and not informing the Club, will not be considered for the following year’s competition.

A practice round will be available on Friday 26 June 2026. Please contact the Golf Operations Team on 01292 310059 to reserve your tee time.
