All players must have submitted 6 individual competition scores in the rolling 12 months prior to the date of the competition.

Format: Stableford, Pairs, Betterball.

Eligibility:
(i) All players within the team must have submitted 6 individual competition scores in the rolling 12 months prior to the
date of the competition to be eligible for the team to win a prize
(ii) Members (all categories) and Visitors
(iii) Men, Ladies, Juniors
(iv) WHS Handicap Limit: Men 28, Ladies 36
(Higher handicaps may enter but maximum playing handicap applies)
(v) Playing handicap 85%
(vi) Maximum playing handicap Men 28 ladies 36
(vii) Tees: Men white, Ladies red

Booking
Tee times will be at 10-minute intervals, between 8am to 1pm

Cost
Platinum members: £15. Other category members: £20. Visitors: £30

1. Sign up for the competition is available from 16th June 2026 via the Club V1, HowDidiDo app. and Golf Empire.
2. Players and their partners may book individually.
3. Late changes are permitted subject to availability and at the discretion of the Competitions Committee.
4. Entry fees will be paid from the member’s account at the time of booking. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure they have money available in their competition purse, starting play without payment may result is disqualification.
5. Visitors to pay at time of booking
6. Refunds for withdrawal from the competition will not be made within 5 days of the competition, unless there are exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Competition Committee.
7. Scorecards should be fully completed with the gross score for each hole clearly marked against the player who scored. Any scorecard marked incorrectly may result in disqualification.
8. Tie resolution: in the event of a tie a countback will decide the result: back 9, back 6, back 3.
9. Cards must be signed by the player and attester at the end of the round and handed in at the competition organiser’s table.

PLAY WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE R & A RULES OF GOLF & STOURBRIDGE GOLF CLUB COMPETITION RULES - JULY 2024.

All entrants are advised to make themselves aware of these rules before the start of the competition.

The Competition Committee’s decision is final in all matters.
