The format is a Mixed Betterball Stableford, acceptable for handicap purposes.
Men will play off the White tees and Ladies off the Red tees.
The max handicap will be 28 Index for men, 36 Index for ladies. Should your handicap be slightly higher, you are able to enter but it will be capped at those levels.
Cost is £120 per pair and includes tea/coffee on arrival, a roast carvery dinner and dessert.

In addition, there will be complimentary snacks and fruit on the first tee plus a halfway house with refreshments.
Prizes for first (and winners of the Ron Faulkner Trophy), second, third and fourth
Nearest the Pin on 7th for ladies and 15th for men.
Players can also enter a 2s comp to win or split the pot (entry fee on the day).
If you wish to play with a particular couple, please enter all four players to reserve that tee timeor you will be drawn with another couple.
Once entered monies will not be refunded, but substitutions can be made.
