The format is non-qualifying Mixed Betterball Stableford. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. The men will play the Queensbury Golf Course course off the White tees. The ladies will play the Queensbury Golf Course course off the Red tees. There is a maximum combined handicap index of 140 per team and all players must have a fully developed handicap and played a minimum of 6 quallifying rounds in the preceeding 12 months.
