The format is non-qualifying Mixed Betterball Stableford. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. The men will play the Ashton Under Lyne course off the White (Men) 130/70.5 tees. The ladies will play the Ashton Under Lyne course off the Red Women:18 holes (72.8 / 129) tees.

The Maximum Handicap Index is 28.0 for men and 36.0 for women. Entrants with a higher HI May play in this competition, but must play from this limit.

All entrants must have a valid WHS handicap index and be a member of a UK Golf Club. i-Golf members are ineligible to play in the competition.

Refunds of entry fees will not be made if cancellation is less than one week before play is scheduled to commence.

In the Case of inclement weather, any decision made by the Club's Management Committee will be final.

The Club reserve the right to refuse entrants at its sole discretion and without the need to give a reason for such refusal.
