Club Name : HELENSBURGH GOLF CLUB Competition Name : 2024 Ladies Open Tri-Am Startsheet or draw : Startsheet Event Date : 10/07/2024 Book Until : 09/07/2024 18:00 Visitor Fee : £15.00 Description : The event is called 2024 Ladies Open Tri-Am and is scheduled to begin on Wednesday 10th July 2024. The format is non-qualifying Ladies Betterball Stableford. It is an open competition, visitors are allowed to enter. The ladies will play the Helensburgh course off the Green - Women tees.
Maximum Handicap Index; Ladies 36.0. (Players with a higher HI can enter but off the maximum handicaps).

The following Terms of Competition apply to all HGC's Open Competitions.

1. The competition will be run under current Rules of Golf, Rules of Handicapping, and local rules.

2. Ties will be decided on card back 9 count back.

3. No competitor may win more than one main prize in any one competition.

4. All players must have a current handicap index CDH ID and be a full playing member of an affiliated golf club. Competition handicap entry limits are based on handicap index at date of competition. Visitors that are only members of ScottishGolf's "OpenPlay", or England Golf's "igolf" should contact g.m@helensburghgolfclub.co.uk , for further information.

5. Refunds must be requested by E-Mail to g.m@helensburghgolfclub.co.uk for entrants who cancel more than one week prior to the closing date.

6. Refunds will not be given to entrants who withdraw within one week of the competition date.

7. In the event of competition cancellation, we will attempt to replay on a postponed date.

A full refund will be given to those unable to attend this re-arranged date.

8. All competitors MUST register at the appropriate registration point prior to commencement of play; failure to do so may result in disqualification.

By booking, a player is deemed to have accepted these “Terms of Competition”
